How do I receive my files?
Instantly. After Gumroad checkout completes you get a download link on screen and by email. The ZIP contains all DXF files plus any assembly guides.
What software opens DXF files?
LightBurn, RDWorks, LaserGRBL, Glowforge app, AutoCAD, DraftSight, Fusion 360, VCarve/Aspire, Mach3/4 — virtually every laser and CNC workflow reads DXF natively.
Are the designs tested on real machines?
Yes. Every pack is cut-tested before listing — closed paths, no duplicate lines, kerf compensation where it matters (e.g. 3D slot puzzles). If a file ever misbehaves, we fix or refund it.
Can I sell the physical items I make?
Absolutely — every purchase includes a commercial license. Make and sell unlimited physical pieces. You just can't resell or share the digital files themselves.
What if a file doesn't cut right?
Contact us with a photo of the issue and your machine/material settings. We'll send a corrected file or refund you — see the refunds page.
Do you take custom design requests?
Yes — for bulk or branded work. Use the contact page and describe the project; we quote within 48 hours.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Checkout runs through Gumroad, which accepts major credit/debit cards and PayPal worldwide. getdxf never sees or stores your card details.
