Defective files — always covered

If a file doesn't cut correctly and we can't fix it for your machine/material, you get a full refund, no questions asked. Send a photo of the issue and your settings via the contact page.

Changed your mind?

Digital goods can't be "returned", so we handle these case by case: if you haven't downloaded the files, we'll refund you in full. After download, refunds are at our discretion — but we'd rather have a happy customer than a dispute, so just ask.

How refunds are paid

Through Gumroad, back to your original payment method — typically within 5–10 business days.
